Verio Note Registry The week to October 22, 2026

Five deals that broke from the pack this week

Notable notes this week

An autocallable linked to Rivian shares carries a contingent coupon far above comparable notes, and four more deals this week stand out for a deep barrier, a name new to the registry, a pairing new to the registry and a large amount raised.

28.85% a year
The contingent coupon on an autocallable linked to Rivian Automotive shares with a term of up to a year, against a typical 12.7% a year for comparable notes.
1

The highest coupon among single-stock notes on Rivian shares with this payoff

The note linked to Rivian Automotive shares has a contingent coupon of 28.85% a year, paid quarterly if the shares close at or above 70% of their starting level on an observation date. It runs up to a year, is called automatically if the shares close at or above their starting level on a quarterly check from April 16, 2027, and repays in full only if the shares end at or above 70% of their starting level at maturity. Comparable notes, single-stock contingent-coupon autocallables of one to two years with a barrier near 70% priced in the past year, have a typical coupon of 12.7% a year. That puts this one higher than 98 in 100 comparable notes. Of the 25 single-stock notes on Rivian shares with the same payoff, of any term or barrier and this one included, it has the highest coupon; the typical coupon among them is 22.7% a year. A coupon that high usually comes with more risk. UBS issued it.

An autocallable linked to Dell shares ties for the lowest barrier among two-to-three-year single-stock autocallables

Repayment in full on this note linked to Dell Technologies shares comes only if the shares end at or above 40% of their starting level at maturity. Among 2,736 single-stock contingent-coupon autocallables of two to three years priced in the year before it, this one included, the typical barrier is 60% of the starting level, and this note is tied with others for the lowest. Its contingent coupon of 16.2% a year is paid monthly if the shares close at or above 40% of their starting level on an observation date, and missed coupons can be paid later. The term is up to two years, with an automatic call if the shares close at or above their starting level on a monthly check from April 16, 2027.
