Advisors and RIAs using notes
See what similar notes were issued with: the coupons, barriers, terms and call schedules of notes priced on the same underliers and structures.
Verio Note Registry is a database of the structured notes US banks issue, built from the final pricing supplements they file with the SEC. Each coupon, barrier, call date and fee is kept with the sentence of the filing it came from, and the registry is updated each business day.
The registry is in beta and opens by invitation.
The same record serves different jobs. It shows what has been issued and on what terms, and reaches each team the way it works: in the web app, through its own AI or as data in its own systems. The judgement about any one note stays with the reader.

Keep a dated record of how a note's terms compared with the market when it was priced, with the filing behind every term.
See where retail barriers, coupon triggers and call dates sit across the market, and take the full terms as a desk file.
Load a verified terms file with the filing quote for each field, instead of reading pricing supplements by hand.
Use market-wide figures with their note counts and dates, and a source line to cite them.
The registry is built for firms that issue, distribute, use or study US structured notes.
Delivery is flexible. Firms work with the registry in the way that fits how they already work, and we set up each one with them.
Small views of what the app shows, drawn from the data a visitor can see.
Each note's terms are read from its final pricing supplement (SEC form 424B2) and kept with the sentence they came from, with a link to the filing on SEC EDGAR.
A second reader that never sees the registry's values reads a sample of notes again from their filings, a reader from a second vendor reads another sample, and each audit's result is on the method page. How we check the data
No issuer or distributor pays for inclusion, placement or commentary. The registry never ranks issuers.
Notable notes every Friday: five notes from the week's filings that stand out, each open in the registry. The market digest every other week: what changed in new issuance, with the charts behind it.
A structured note registry is a database of structured notes and their terms. Verio Note Registry holds the US notes that banks file with the SEC: each note's underliers, coupon, barrier, call schedule, dates, price and the issuer's estimated value, read from its final pricing supplement.
From the final pricing supplements (SEC form 424B2) that issuers file on SEC EDGAR for each note. Every term keeps the sentence of the filing it was read from, and each note links to its filing.
Each number and date is checked in code against the filing's own words before a note is published; descriptive terms, such as the structure, are read from the filing and covered by the audits. Blind audits read a sample of notes again from their filings without seeing the registry's values, and every disagreement is checked against the filing. The results are on the method page.

No. The registry is market information from public SEC filings. It shows terms as issued and figures across the market, and it gives no view on any note or on anyone's investments.
The registry is in beta and opens by invitation. Request access with your work email, and we set up a short call before an invitation goes out. Without an account you can read the app's Overview, the Market data pages and the digest archive.
In the web app, which opens by invitation now. Claude and other AI assistants can read it through a read-only MCP connection, and agents and workflows can be built on it. Platforms and data teams can take the data through an API or as files, and firms can take it under their own name as a white-label product or feed. We set up each of these with the firm.
Yes. Connect your AI lets Claude or another AI tool you use read the registry through a read-only MCP connection, with the same numbers you see in the app, for each person at the firm with an invitation.
